Hello and Welcome!
Thank you so much for stopping by my page! I’m so excited to have you here. Since this is my first post, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about my journey. My name is Kelly, and I’m an artist, a mother of two, and—without a doubt—an animal lover.
Life has been a series of phases for me, and at each one, I thought I had everything figured out. But as I get older, I’ve come to realize that it’s perfectly okay to be in a constant state of evolution. Every phase I’ve been through has taught me something new, and I’ve learned that embracing change and growth is an important part of who I am today.
In 2021, I made the decision to step back from my career in animal welfare and focus on discovering who I was outside of the role I had allow to become my personality. This decision was scary at first, but it was also incredibly freeing. I needed to find what truly made me happy, and what I found was something I hadn’t anticipated…I found my creative spirit. Over the past three years, I’ve uncovered new parts of myself, some of which I hadn’t even known existed.
It wasn’t an easy road. There were moments when I didn’t know where I was headed or what my purpose was. But through it all, I’ve found that painting, creating, and learning have been my guiding lights. These are the things that have helped me navigate through uncertain times and provided clarity when everything else felt uncertain. They’ve given me the chance to reconnect with my passion for making things, and they’ve helped me rediscover joy in the process of creating.
Why I’m Excited to Share My Journey with You
As I look toward the future, I’m excited to continue working on building something for myself, for my family, and for the amazing online community I’m slowly cultivating. This space is something I’m truly passionate about, and it feels right to share it with you all.
I plan to use this blog as a place to share updates on my life, creative endeavors, and the lessons I learn along the way. I also want it to be a community—a place where we can support each other, share our thoughts, and celebrate our creativity. Whether you’re an artist, a fellow mother, or someone simply looking for inspiration, I hope you’ll find something here that resonates with you.
I’m genuinely excited to engage with all of you, whether it’s through the comments, emails, or any other interactions.
